If Urid dhall vadai batter is watery.....

If urid dhall vadai batter is too watery just keep it in fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
The batter will be ready to make vadas. Do not let it come to room temperature as it will become watery again.

Thas a lovely idea, my friends complain about watery batter sometimes, I used to tell them to add rice flour but the taste dramatically changes so your tip sounds so much better and so simple.
Thank u so much!!
