Recipe :
Idli rice 3 cups
Fresh tapioca 3/4 kg
Red chillies 5
Fennel seeds 2 tsp
Onion 3
Salt as required
Coriander leaves a bunch.
Grind fresh tapioca first in the grinder. Add rice, red chillies, onions, fennel seeds, coriander leaves, salt and grind together. No need for fermentation. You can make dosas immediately. Serve hot with chutney!!!
